Ballarat Health and Lifestyle Expo was held on Sunday the 25th October, in the beautiful Ballarat Mining Exchange Building.
The event was dedicated to showcasing local business which value health and wellbeing. There was an extensive list of exhibitors, ranging from fitness, health professionals and natural therapies to travel, pampering and entertainment.

It was great to see representatives from Sons of the West at the expo, which is a community health initiative about supporting men. An important initiative, especially as we enter into Movember, a time to focus on “changing the face of men’s health through the power of the moustache”.
